Maxillary Media, as a division of EmoMetric Media LLC, will utilize proprietary customized video as valuable content for the client's customized promotional video product.  Video content remains the sole property of EmoMetricMedia LLC and this transaction provides a license to use in-perpetuity to the client that will extend to any marketing or promotional presentation they choose for the purpose of marketing for the purchasing entity so long as the video is not to altered or resold independently or included in a service / product package.
